The MGP-1A Modeling Guitar Preamp comes with a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. This allows you to try it safely in your own environment, which is the only way to tell if a piece of gear is right for you. If you don't like it, for any reason, just contact us for a RMA number and ship it back with all of the original packaging. Once we verify it is in the original condition, we will refund the full purchase price, less shipping. You don't even have to tell us why (but we encourage you to so we can continue to improve).
