Warranty

All Black Widow Audio Designs products ship with a 1-year limited warranty for parts and labor with the exception of tubes, cables and fuses, which we guarantee for a period of 90 days.

Should your product need repair or support, we want to make the process as painless as possible for you as our customer. We view your purchase as an investment in our company and our future. It's only fair we treat you the same.

Even if the warranty is expired, or you are not the original owner, please contact us. Nobody knows these products better, and nobody cares about your experience with them as much as we do.
